Amsterdam, 22 March 2013 (Regulated Information) --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") has published its 2012 Annual Report and Agenda for the 2013 Annual Meeting ("Agenda"). During the Annual Meeting, AMG will propose, amongst other things, to expand its Supervisory Board by two new Supervisory Board members, to bring the total number of Supervisory Board members to eight.
