Alphen aan den Rijn (March 14, 2013) - Wolters Kluwer, a market-leading global information services company focused on professionals, announced today that it has successfully launched and priced a new ten year €700 million benchmark Eurobond offering following a three-day pan-European debt investor roadshow. The bonds have been priced at an issue price of 99.709 per cent and will carry an annual coupon of 2.875 per cent. Settlement date has been set at March 21, 2013. The bonds were placed with a broad range of institutional investors across Europe.
