Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 8 February 2013, Nutreco announces that during the period from 18 February 2013 until and including 22 February 2013, Nutreco purchased 46,525 of its shares at an average price of EUR 68.75 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 90,525 common shares for a total consideration of EUR 6.2 million.
The share buy-back programme will ultimately terminate on 28 March 2013, unless the maximum number of 700,000 shares has been repurchased prior to such date. In that case the programme will end on the date on which this maximum is reached and such early termination will immediately be disclosed.
