Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 21 February 2013 - Spyker N.V. announces that the United States District Court Eastern District of Michigan has issued a Notice to General Motors Company ("GM"), Spyker N.V. and its subsidiary Saab Automobile AB.
The Notice concerns a second postponement of the hearing on GM's Motion to Dismiss, scheduled for 28 February 2013, until 9 April 2013 at 4:00 p.m. The Notice contains no explanation why the hearing is postponed.
