NB Private Equity Partners Limited ("NBPE" or "the Company"), a closed-end private equity investment company, today announced an updated Net Asset Value ("NAV").
On 22 January 2013, NBPE declared its first semi-annual dividend payment on the Company's class A ordinary shares as part of the implementation of a long-term policy of paying regular dividends. On an annualized basis, this dividend payment represents a dividend yield of 3.5% based on the estimated December 2012 NAV and 4.7% based on the Euronext closing price of $8.53 on 13 February 2013. As of 31 January 2013, the unaudited NAV per share was $11.42, which represents a decrease of 0.7% compared to the unaudited NAV per share of $11.50 at 31 December 2012. As of 31 January 2013, the unaudited NAV per share adjusted for the $0.20 per share dividend was $11.62, which represents an increase of 1.0% compared to the unaudited NAV per share of $11.50 at 31 December 2012.
