Further to the revised share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on October 31, 2012, the Company announces that during the period from December 29 until and including January 4, 2013, the Company has repurchased 10,000 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 3.41 per share for a total consideration of EUR 34,171. This is the tenth release post the announcement of the termination of the previous buy-back programme and the announcement of the revised buy-back programme. The total number of Shares repurchased under the programme to date is 26,076 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 85,578. The current number of Ordinary shares outstanding in issue is 19,077,806.
