Amsterdam, 22 October 2012 (Regulated Information) --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") announces that the merger between AMG's subsidiary, AMG Mining AG, and Graphit Kropfmühl AG ("GK") has become effective with the registration of the merger in the commercial register of AMG Mining AG. The shares of GK will soon cease trading on the Deutsche Börse.
