Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from September 22 until and including September 28, 2012, Company has repurchased 9,193 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 2.97 per share for a total consideration of EUR 27,363. This is the fifty third release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 146,533 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 443,685. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
