Exact shareholders appoint new Supervisory Board members

Delft, September 19, 2012 - During the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Exact Holding N.V. (“Exact“) held today, Willem Cramer, Evert Kooistra and Peter van Haasteren were appointed members of the Supervisory Board. Simultaneously Thierry Schaap was appointed chairman of the Supervisory Board, succeeding Rolf Deves who stepped down.
As announced on July 25, 2012, Deves’ term of appointment as chairman of the Supervisory Board would end in April 2013. He resigned before the expiration of his term because he believes the execution of Exact’s strategy for sustainable growth will benefit from minimizing future changes in the composition of the Supervisory Board.
Thierry Schaap, chairman of the Supervisory Board: “We are pleased to have received shareholder approval on the changes in the Supervisory Board. Based on the combined knowledge of all members, I am confident that all the right qualifications are in place to further support the Board of Managing Directors in accomplishing the company’s ambitions. We thank Rolf Deves for all his hard work and contribution to Exact since 2009.”
