Amstelhuys NV ("Amstelhuys") announces that Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering NV ("Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering") and Amstelhuys will repurchase the mortgages underlying the externally placed RMBS Notes of Arena 2004-II BV. As a result, Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering and Amstelhuys will facilitate the full redemption of the outstanding notes on the following optional redemption date: Arena 2004-II Classes A, B, C and D on October 17, 2012. Delta Lloyd Levensverzekering and Amstelhuys are 100% owned subsidiaries of Delta Lloyd NV ("Delta Lloyd Group").
