Unibail-Rodamco announces that a Prospectus for the placement of net share settled bonds convertible into new and/or exchangeable for existing shares (ORNANE) is available to the public and was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers and the Autoriteit Financiële Markten.
The Prospectus has received the visa 12-440 from The Autorité des marchés financiers on September 11, 2012.
