Further to the share buy-back programme announced by Yatra Capital Limited (the “Company”) on September 22, 2011, the Company announces that during the period from September 1 until and including September 7, 2012, Company has repurchased 1,915 of its Ordinary Shares at an average price of EUR 2.95 per share for a total consideration of EUR 5,649. This is the fiftieth release post the announcement of the buy-back programme. The total number of shares repurchased under the programme to date is 127,801 Ordinary shares for a total consideration of EUR 389,751. The buyback program is subject to the regulatory price and volume restrictions and the reason for such a small quantity of share repurchase is the low average daily volume.
