Eindhoven, August 15, 2012 – Catalis SE, the worldwide service provider for the digital media and entertainment industry, announces that its Board of Directors resolved to increase its existing share capital of € 6,042,332.80 consisting of 60,423,328 shares with a nominal value of € 0.10 each by up to € 200,000 representing up to 2,000,000 new shares to up to € 6,242,332.80 representing up to 62,423,328 shares.
