Nutreco announces that the conversion ratio of the interim stock dividend has been determined. This will amount to 1 new ordinary share for every 97 existing ordinary shares. Based on the average weighted price of 8, 9 and 10 August 2012 of EUR 57.92 1/97th share represents a value of EUR 0.597, which is virtually equal to the gross dividend in cash of EUR 0.60 per ordinary share. Both the cash dividend and stock dividend will be made payable to shareholders on 16 August 2012.
