26 July 2012- Heineken N.V. ("HNV"), refers to the press release made by it on 20 July 2012 ("Press Release") in relation to the conditional offer ("Offer") to Fraser & Neave, Limited ("F&N") for F&N's interests in both Asia Pacific Breweries Limited ("APB") and Asia Pacific Investment Pte Ltd, and the potential mandatory takeover offer for all the shares of APB if the Offer is accepted by F&N and all the relevant conditions of the Offer are satisfied.
