Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (the Netherlands)[1], 3 July 2012 - Arseus NV announces today that it has successfully completed a credit facility of € 300 million with ING Belgium (Coordinator), KBC Bank, BNP Paribas Fortis and Commerzbank. The new credit agreement has a term of 5 years and a revolving credit facility of € 300 million, divided into two tranches each of € 150 million. The main covenant of this credit facility is a net financial debt/recurring EBITDA ratio of a maximum of 3.25.
