Further to the appointment of Mr Alexey Mordashov and Mr Mikhail Noskov as non-executive directors of the Company at the Annual General Meeting held on 14 June 2012, the Company announces that it has registered, in accordance with chapter 5.3 of the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision, the interests of Mr Mordashov and Mr Noskov in the shares and GDRs of the Company as at 14 June 2012.
In addition, the Company announces that it has registered, in accordance with chapter 5.3 of the Dutch Act on Financial Supervision, the interests of Mr Mordashov following the acquisitions of GDRs on the LSE on 25 and 26 June 2012.
