ShalkiyaZinc N.V. (LSE:SKZ), (“ShalkiyaZinc”) one of the leading zinc and lead mining companies in Kazakhstan, announced today that its 2011 Annual Report, including Audited Consolidated Financial Statements, is now available on the company's website, www.zinc.kz ShalkiyaZinc N.V. has also filed these documents with the The Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (AFM) (accessible through its website at www.afm.nl).
ShalkiyaZinc N.V. will provide a hard copy of its audited financial statements as contained in 2011 Annual Report to Shareholders, free of charge, on written request to Gulzhan Smagul, g.smagul@zinc.kz
AGM will be held on Monday 13 August 2012 at 9.00 am (UK time) at Strawinskylaan 411, (WTC, Tower A, 4th floor), Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 13:30 hours (CET) until 15:30 hours (CET).
