Shareholders OctoPlus appoint three new Supervisory Board members

OctoPlus N.V. (“OctoPlus”)(Euronext: OCTO), announces today that its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has appointed Staf Van Reet, Catherine Moukheibir and Dharminder Chahal to the Supervisory Board.
The new members of the Supervisory Board have been appointed for a period of four years and join current members René Kuijten and James Gale to form a Supervisory Board of five members. Staf Van Reet has been appointed as chairman of the Supervisory Board.
The shareholders also approved the other agenda items of today’s meeting. Minutes of the meeting will be available within three months on OctoPlus’ website www.octoplus.nl.
