Almere, 31 May 2012. Today USG People N.V. set the conversion ratio for the 2011 stock dividend.
The General Meeting of Shareholders held on 10 May 2012 adopted the proposal to distribute a dividend in cash or in shares. The cash dividend was set at € 0.17 per ordinary share. The conversion ratio was determined based on the volume-weighted average price of all USG People N.V. shares listed on the NYSE Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange and traded on the exchange from
17 May 2012 to 31 May 2012, equaling € 5.5878.
