Catalis SE Board of Directors has unanimously decided to nominate to the general meeting of shareholders as new CEO Mr. Dominic Wheatley. Until his nomination is ratified by the general meeting of shareholders Mr. Wheatley will act as authorized representative of the board. Dominic will take over this role with immediately effect.
