Luxembourg/ Zwanenburg, The Netherlands – April 5, 2012 –3W Power S.A. hereby
announces that it has received confirmation from Andrem Power S.C.A., a company indirectly
wholly owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII, that the German Federal Financial Supervisory
Authority (BaFin) has prohibited the publication of the offer document filed by Andrem Power
and relating to the voluntary public takeover offer for all the outstanding shares of 3W Power.
