Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 10 February 2012, Nutreco announces that during the period from 10 February 2012 until and including 23 March 2012, Nutreco purchased 700,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 56.23 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 39.4 million.
