The Issuer hereby gives notice to all holders of the Notes that, pursuant to the Notices, the Notes are
now listed on the listed but not traded segment of the regulated market of Euronext Amsterdam. The listed but not traded segment is an official segment of Euronext Amsterdam and means the Notes will not be in the trading system of Euronext Amsterdam. The Notes can still be traded through Euroclear Bank S.A./N.V. and Clearstream Banking, société anonyme, Luxembourg.
