Re: Invitation to Buy-Back Scheme
The Board of Directors of Leo Capital Growth SPC Plc (the "Company") wishes to announce that the Company invites all shareholders to offer to buy back shares held by them up to a limit of 2.5% of the total number of issued shares (2,911 shares) as part of the second tranche of the Share buy-back scheme that was announced in January 2011.
