De Bilt, 9 January 2012 – Mrs A.G. (Annemieke) Nijhof, member of the Executive Board of Grontmij N.V. has decided to leave the company.
Mrs Nijhof has, in open consultation with Grontmij, decided to step down as a member of the Executive Board, as a consequence of a personal decision regarding her prospects and responsibilities within the company and her determination that these are now different than at the moment of her appointment.
The exact date of her departure, will be determined in consultation with the company. With regard to the redistribution of Mrs Nijhof's tasks and responsibilities, Grontmij will make further announcements in due course.
