Grontmij announces review to improve financial structure
Grontmij N.V. announces it has initiated a review of the various possibilities to improve the financial structure of the company for the future. The Executive Board has assigned KPMG to conduct a thorough review and to provide insight into various financial options.
As stated earlier Grontmij is operating within arrangements made with its banks. These arrangements include a waiver (with respect to leverage and interest cover requirements) that has been obtained in the past period. As part of the review the company also has conversations with its banks about the future financing of the company.
As soon as these conversations lead to a conclusion further announcements will be made.
