Correction: Director/PDMR Shareholding

This correction applies only to the Director/PDMR Shareholding for Mr Joao Baptista. It replaces the disclosure made on 4 October and corrects an error in the tax calculation made by the third party plan administrator. The original number of shares sold (45,275) to cover tax and NI liabilities was corrected to 44,137 shares, a difference of 1,138. Mr Baptista’s current shareholding is therefore 147,580.
The announcement in respect of the Director/PDMR Shareholding for Mr Jean-Marc Lazzari is correct and remains unchanged.
