Buyback of ordinary shares
Further to the share buyback programme described in its 2010 Annual Report (Press release issued on March 18, 2011), Unibail-Rodamco S.E. announces that:
on September 22, 2011, it purchased 23,000 Unibail-Rodamco S.E. ordinary shares at an average purchase price of €126.921 per share,
on September 23, 2011, it purchased 90,000 Unibail-Rodamco S.E. ordinary shares at an average purchase price of €126.061 per share,
on September 26, 2011, it purchased 12,250 Unibail-Rodamco S.E. ordinary shares at an average purchase price of €126.817 per share.
