Gouda - Imtech N.V. (technical services provider in Europe) is acquiring the Swedish ICT company Qbranch. This acquisition is Imtech's first step on the market of information and communication technology (ICT) in Sweden and is part of the strategic growth plan 2015, to build a strong ICT position in the Nordic region (Sweden, Norway and Finland). With 480 employees, Qbranch is expecting to realise revenues of around 60 million euro in 2011. The acquisition will be paid in cash and will directly contribute to the earnings per share.
