On June 22, 2011 the General Meeting of Shareholders of Vimetco N.V. (the “Company”) resolved on distribution of the share premium reserve by the company in the amount of USD 0.08 per share in the capital of the company (the “Distribution”). The Distribution will have the following characteristics:
• Payment date: 14 July 2011
• ISIN Code: US92718P2039
• Name of security: Vimetco NV GDR
• Gross unit amount: USD 0.08
• Unit amount of withholding tax: USD 0.012
• Net unit amount: USD 0.068
In relation to the shareholders, those shareholders in whose name the shares will have been registered at the Payment Date will be entitled to Distribution.
The Company asks its registered shareholders to provide their bank details so that the payments of the Distribution could be made to them directly.
