HALIFAX, June 15, 2011 - (TSX: HII.A HII.B) (AEX:HII) - Homburg Invest Inc. (“HII” or the “Company”) announced today that its Board of Directors has engaged, on behalf of the previously established Independent Committee of the Board of HII (the “Committee”), an independent financial advisor and legal counsel to advise the Committee in connection with the non binding proposal submitted by Richard Homburg to the Company which was previously announced on June 7, 2011.
