Breda, the Netherlands, May 19, 2011. Following his notice to the Group Board, Rob Strijland (1949) will retire as Chief Operating Officer effective June 1, 2011. Apart from the fact that Mr. Strijland wishes to develop other interests in the maritime industry, he will continue to assist Dockwise in a consulting capacity, with the construction and completion of the new build "Type-0" vessel, enabling Dockwise to continue to benefit from his knowledge and experience.
