Amsterdam, 12 May 2011 (Regulated Information) --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V., ("AMG", EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG") announces that at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 May 2011 in Amsterdam, AMG's shareholders have approved all items on the agenda. The shareholders have voted for, amongst other items, the reappointment of Mr. Pedro Pablo Kuczynski as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and the reappointment of Dr. Heinz Schimmelbusch as Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of AMG. Both appointments are for a period of 4 years.
