Zeewolde, The Netherlands, 21 April 2011 - Spyker Cars N.V. (Spyker) confirms that the Swedish National Debt Office (NDO) intends to release the pledge of the NDO in the shares of Saab Automobile Property AB (Saab Property) since Saab fulfilled all conditions of the Kingdom of Sweden represented by the NDO with respect to the sale of the property. The sale of Saab Property is still uncertain and subject to the approval of the European Investment Bank (EIB).
