USG People announces acquisition of Swiss staffing organisation
Almere, 29 March 2011 - USG People announces that it recently acquired 100% of the shares in Lausanne-based staffing organisation Uniman SA. Founded in August 2005, Uniman is active in specialist staffing and recruitment of qualified personnel for the industrial, construction and commercial sectors. The owners and current management of Uniman will remain with USG People and take up key management positions in both Switzerland and Italy.
