Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 11 February 2011, Nutreco announces that during the period from 11 February 2011 until and including 15 March 2011, Nutreco purchased 650,000 of its ordinary shares at an average price of EUR 53.04 per share, for a total consideration of EUR 34.5 million.
