The Supervisory Board of Royal Wessanen proposes to appoint Ronald Merckx as CFO and member of the Executive Board for a period of four years, commencing on 1 June 2011. The proposed appointment is the consequence of the resignation of Frans Eelkman Rooda (CFO) from the Company as per the end of May, as announced on 3 December 2010.
