Dividend resumed
· 2010 net result of € 16 million (2009: € 40 million loss), 2nd halfyear net result x of € 12 million compared to € 3 million in the 2nd half of 2009;
· Operating result from continued operations 2nd half € 36 million, mainly due to good results from Infrastructure;
· Autonomous revenue decline levelled off from 14% in the first half of the year to 9% in 2nd half of 2010;
· Total number of houses sold in the Netherlands increased to 1,505 in 2010 (2009: 1,283);
· Solvency improved to 33% (2009: 27%);
· Order book at the end of 2010 at € 2,188 million (vs. € 2,314 million at the end of 2009); and
· Proposed dividend for 2010 is € 0.35 per share payable in either cash or shares.
