Further to the share buy-back programme announced on 11 February 2011, Nutreco announces that during the period from 11 February until and including 17 February 2011, Nutreco purchased 109,500 of its shares at an average price of EUR 53.91 per share. The total number of shares repurchased under this programme to date is 109,500 common shares for a total consideration of EUR 5.9 million.
