Luxembourg - 4 February 2011 - ProLogis European Properties (Euronext: PEPR), one of Europe`s largest owners of modern distribution facilities, announced today that it will pay a preferred dividend distribution to holders of its Class A(1) convertible preferred units on 14 February 2011. The EUR0.159122 per unit distribution relates to the period from 1 October 2010 to 31 December 2010.
