Waregem (Belgium) / Rotterdam (The Netherlands)[1], 23 December 2010 - Arseus announces today that it has signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of the Belgian company Devroe Instruments (Devroe), a leading player on the Belgian market for surgical instruments, endoscopy services and solutions for sterilization handling. In 2010 Devroe expects to realize a turnover of approximately EUR 3 million and a double-digit EBITDA margin.
