AMG owns 88,0% of Graphit Kropfmühl AG
Amsterdam, 22 December 2010 (Regulated Information) --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. ("AMG," EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: "AMG" or the "Company") has acquired an additional 8,5% of Graphit Kropfmühl AG's ("GK") common shares from a block of institutional investors in exchange for 2,1% of AMG's common shares. The Company issued the AMG shares in connection with the purchase of the GK shares. The acquisition of the GK shares raises AMG's ownership in GK to 88,0% and it is consistent with AMG's goal to simplify its corporate structure.
