Guernsey, Channel Islands, December 6, 2010: AP Alternative Assets, L.P. (“AP Alternative Assets”; Euronext Amsterdam: AAA) announced today that its general partner AAA Guernsey Limited has amended the timescale for meetings of partners to be held pursuant to AP Alternative Assets’ limited partnership agreement. The next meeting will be held prior to June 4, 2011, with future meetings of partners to be held within 18 months following the date of the last meeting held.
