Amsterdam, the Netherlands, November 29, 2010 - Ahold has repurchased 153,968 Ahold common shares in the period from November, 22, 2010 up to and including November, 26, 2010. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 9.3758 per share for a total consideration of € 1.44 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on March 4, 2010.
