Breda, the Netherlands, 24 November 2010. Reference is made to the announcement by Dockwise Ltd. ("Dockwise" or the "Company") on 23 November 2010, regarding the Company's rights issue to part-finance the investment in a new Type 0 vessel.
The shares of Dockwise will trade exclusive of the right to receive subscription rights in the rights issue from and including today, 24 November 2010.
