Amsterdam, the Netherlands - Ahold has repurchased 528,020 Ahold common shares in the period from October, 11, 2010 up to and including October, 15, 2010. The shares were repurchased at an average price of € 9.6187 per share for a total consideration of € 5.08 million. These repurchases were made as part of the € 500 million share buyback program announced on March 4, 2010.
