DSM announces management changes

Royal DSM N.V., the global Life Sciences and Materials Sciences company headquartered in the Netherlands, today announces the following management changes:
Mr. Paul Jarrell (1962), Executive Vice President Corporate Human Resources (CHR), will – after careful consideration – relinquish his position with effect from 1 November 2010 for personal reasons.
Mr. Chris Van Steenbergen (1956), until recently Chief Human Resources Officer at Cadbury PLC (London, United Kingdom), will succeed Paul as Executive Vice President CHR as from that date. He will report to Mr. Feike Sijbesma, CEO and Chairman of the Managing Board of DSM.
