The Unibail-Rodamco SE Ordinary General Meeting* extraordinarily convened, resolved today to
distribute an amount of €20.00 per share from the “contribution premium” account.
The ex-date is October 7, 2010. As from October 7, 2010 (market open), all shares will be traded
on the market without the right to the distribution. October 6, 2010 will therefore be the last day
that shares will be traded with entitlement to the distribution.
