(“AP Alternative Assets”; Euronext Amsterdam: AAA) announced today that in connection with its previously announced unit purchase program, it purchased 10,987 units of AAA during the period of June 18, 2010 through June 24, 2010. The units were purchased at an average price of $6.33 per unit for total consideration of $69,559. There are currently 104,278 units held in treasury by AAA. This announcement does not constitute or form part of an offer to sell or solicitation of an offer to purchase or subscribe for securities in the United States or in any other jurisdiction.
